Lyrics
[Plain Speaking] I wrote this on my lunch break [Verse 1] Okay! How many times I got to prove this. I'm a nuisance, kind of stupid, but I can do this. I'm Medusa, watch my lines get turned to stone while I'm flying through it Y'all excited? I've been writing every night and though I'm tired, I'ma start up my empire spitting fire, get the lighter spark a written, Vicious writer shark is swimmin' All the rappers got their pot to piss in, not this misses never miss and hit this shit like it's a missile, spit shit with my wicked dictionary and this bitch is scary with the pen, and I ain't never had a lesson, got a headset in my bedroom and a decade of obsession, Friends are sendin messages, I get it's excessive, but the second that I second guess is the second I'm second best. who's checkin Not a soul. Lay it to rest. I don't post em, I just hold em got a folder full of finished shit that no one's ever opened, so I wrote up some more, and I swear that I'ma post it, Odds are I won't, that's a joke, but at least I'm the one who fucking wrote it What's my motive, I don't know it, and I don't think I should ask, I just noticed if I stop then I got nothing but my past, and this hoe ain't got a soundtrack so I'm making one from scratch With bars so filthy they should take a fucking bath and my tub is full of drafts and I ain't drainin' it for nothin I been soakin' in this shit so long my fingers looking wild, every rapper wanna tell me that my well is runnin' dry, I got projects they could swim in and they still ain't seen a mile. Still ain't seen the half of it, my deep end got a basement, and the basement got a hatch and there's another one beneath it, you can dive until your lungs hurt but you can't get where I keep it, 'cause the good shit never surfaced and no ones heard it either Sider!!
