Lyrics
Wait... Where am I? [Verse 1] Eyes snap open But the ceiling is wrong A different shade of gray A dissonant song The air tastes like copper The shadows are deep I'm waking up in the place where the ghosts go to sleep The static is humming a low heavy drone I'm surrounded by people But I'm all alone The streetlights are bleeding The pavement is wet The night holds secrets Wait......, Does it.....really?, Sorry.... I Forget....., [break] [Chorus] The clock on the wall Is running backwards in time And I'm losing my grip On the rhythm and rhyme On the rhythm and rhyme [Verse 2] Found myself in a diner at the edge of a town, Wearing a jacket That is not my own A stranger leans in, says "You're looking quite pale" I try to remember How i got there [Chorus] My mind is a desert And the rhythm is sway I'm dancing in the wreckage and I'm losing my grip Losing my grip The fog is thick The memory is thin Where does the madness, begin? [Bridge] Another morning Another strange street Another stranger That I'm destined to meet [Chorus] There's a phone in my pocket and I don't think its mine My Memories Lie Losing my grip What happened in the photos I can't deny I smashed it dead I changed my mind I don't want to remember I think id rather not relive the night Losing my grip [Outro] Losing my Grip
