Sometimes the best songs are the ones that remind us that we are not alone. From big Melodic Dubstep, Future Bass, and Liquid Drum & Bass to more emotional Alternative Rock, Post-Rock, Electronic Rock, to heavier sounds like Metalcore, Rockstep, any other genre or subgenre, that fits, the song may have sad lyrics and sound, but they should always leave a small part of the listener a little happier than before. Strong human authorship is important for the lyrics, meaning that they should be personal, genuine, and from a real human perspective. It can be from personal experiences or things heard, but it should come from a real place inside the writer, and be something that he or she believes truly in.
